5 Benefits of Hugs You Really Need to Know

1. It Redeems Sinners!

No, I am not talking about acute sinners going around in a murderous spree. I am talking about those little mistakes you do that upset your love. Ain't those equivalent to sins?
Ask your girlfriend if you doubt that. So, basically, what I mean to say is that a HUG can let you skip a chastisement you might have to undergo if you forgot to wish your girl a happy promise day! Give her a hug and make a promise today that you will hug her daily irrespective of your fights. There are other sins you can skip punishment for with the help of this magic “Hug” potion.

2. It Speaks Volumes...

...Without actually having to speak! Isn't it wonderful to speak silently? They say that a hug is better than thousands of words. I agree! Congratulate, console, reciprocate your love, & soothe your soul just by a single hug.

3. It Feels Amazing!

Do I even need to mention that? Hugs feel awesome and they tell you the amount of love and warmth the other person feels for you. A simple test of love! Though, you are not supposed to test love; it can turn your life upside down. ;)

4. It Fights Aging!

OH. EM. GEE. That makes hugging a necessity! No matter how unbelievable it sounds, it’s true. Researchers in University of California believe that the release of Love hormone (oxytocin) triggers an anti-aging fight. Oxytocin also helps control blood pressure and enhances stress tolerance. You know what I mean! An excellent trick to get more hugs, ain't it? ;)

5. It Makes You Happy & Confident.

You now have a reason to hold your beloved in a hug for a longer period. Voila! Just tell him/her that an extended hug is proven to escalate Serotonin levels lifting your mood and making you feel loved in turn boosting your self-esteem! Phew! I think doctors & psychiatrists should now start hugging people instead of giving heaps of medicines! (Advisable only for good-looking doctors though!)

Hugs are special and definitely the best way to express your feelings. Happy Hug Day :)
